Investments are made only in those markets where Stronghold has expertise qualifications.

It is vital that the business models of the companies are connected to the benefit of the client, eg by charging performance fees that are linked to the benefits created.

Stronghold has the most generous incentive plan on the market. 55% of the Group’s earnings is distributed among the companies’ employees. Employees of the Stronghold Group who are of ‘special importance‘ to the Group’s development may be invited to become partners.
